Staff Meeting and Evaluation

DBCLM had its annual evaluation as usual on May 18 and 19, 2018. After the introduction and important instructions by Fr Cyril Sagayaraj, the Director, Fr Jose Joseph, the Administrator briefed the gathering on evaluation and monitoring. Every staff member had a chance to speak and the coordinators of each project presented their report. It included an evaluation of the past one year and plans for the coming year.
